These Boots are Made for Walkin....

We went to Pfi on Saturday and Reese got her first pair of cowboy boots. She loves them! As soon as she put them on in the store she was stompin around.

I also talked Garrett into going to Silver Dollar City that day. I wanted to go a while back but he said he wasn't going again until it was 50 degrees or less. Well guess what....it was 50 degrees!! :) He said I forced him to go, but he could have said no. We ended up having a really fun day together. It was harvest fest so there was lots of cowboy stuff there. We saw a man named Red Stegall, he is a singer and poet. It wasn't so bad. Garrett enjoyed it so that's all that matters. We also got to meet Buck Taylor (he was in tombstone and gunsmoke) He was a very nice man and he took notice to Garrett right off the bat. He was in the middle of talking to some other people and when Garrett walked by he immediately went to Garrett and introduced himself and started talking to him.

As soon as she started crawling and found the mirror she would always love looking at herslef in the morror

Some things never change.....She is ALWAYS going to our mirror and looking at herself. When we put something on her she goes straight there to see what it looks like

This picture is soooo funny!! She had her hands on her hips and was turning side to side

  1. Oh Reese I love your beautiful boots & yes you do LOOK GOOD in them, mirror or no mirror :) I can tell by that smile you are happy in them, kind of reminds me of a little boy about 23 years ago who loved his boots, too :) and still does.
Obviously Buck Taylor knew a real cowboy when he saw one. Garrett is the real deal - never a wantabe! Love that about him :)
I wonder if mom will have to duct tape these boots back together for you????
That last picture really reminds me of Maelea!! Sweet cousins :)
    Love You
