Fall Party

We had our Fall Party at church last night. It's always a blast. Not to many adults dressed up this year. They were being party poopers. I wasn't sure if I was going to dress up this year because I didn't have anything and I didn't wanna go spend an arm and a leg on a costume. But at the last minute I figured something out. I was a crazy cat lady, Garrett was a cowboy, Reese was a witch, and Jaxon was a pumpkin. The weather was perfect, and we had a great time.

Spooktacular

Last weekend Kristin and Chase stayed with us and we decided to take the girls to Spooktacular at the zoo. I think Chase was more excited than Reese was. The zoo was all decorated and they handed out candy. We all had a great time. Reese  is into all the Halloween stuff and of course loves candy.

2 1/2

This beautiful little girl is growing up way to fast. She has just blossomed the past 6 months. You can carry on a full conversation with her. She will say things I didn't even know she knew, and know what it means. She is so intelligent. She learns things so easy and is very observant. She can say her ABC's, count to 11, and she knows many songs. She knows all her colors and knows most of the shapes. She is also very independent. She has to do everything on her own. She is still a huge daddy's girl. She constantly asks when daddy will be home and when she gets in trouble she cries for daddy. First thing when she wakes up in the morning she cries for daddy, and when I tell her he's working she cries harder. It lasts for about 5 min if not longer.

Reese says Bass Pro is her favorite store

I asked her if she wanted to be a princess for Halloween and she said "no, a witch". She tried on the costume and then wouldn't take it off, so she walked around Walmart in her costume.

      She named her horse, Horse

6 months

The past 6 months have flown by. I can't believe my little guy so big! At his 6 month check he was 17lbs (50%) 28 in long (90%). He is wearing 9-12month clothes, and is almost sitting up by himself. He started baby food, which I am making homemade and I love it. He started with peas which he hated so we moved to avocado. He seemed to love it. Now were on to sweet potatoes.

He is finally out of sleeping in his swing, which I thought would never happen. We are finally on a routine which has made things easier. He is getting so much better with daddy. They spent the whole day together a couple weeks ago and he did fantastic. I was so happy!

He is almost as big as she is
           Peas for the first time
I have to pretty much barricade him with pillows when he sleeps so he won't roll over.
Sissy was helping momma take care of Jaxon. He had his shots the previous day and was not feeling well.
