She has been a big helper in the kitchen lately

this does not happen very often

On our way to see the Shelby's. She was soo excited

it was hard to get a picture of all 3 of them

being silly

We made a tent in her room. She thought it was the greatest thing

Ranch Kids

I didn't grow up on a farm or get to be around horses or cows but I'm glad that my kids get to. Reese loves everything about the farm. She loves all the animals and is not scared of any of them. I am a little scared of horses when I'm riding them. She however is not and I love that. She would stay at the barn all day long if I let her. She loves to play in the gator and play in the chutes.

Reese loves being on a horse. She would ride all day if we let her

Jaxon's first time on a horse.

She is driving the gator all by herself

First stroller ride like sitting like a big boy

My babies

I can't believe how fast time has been flying. Jaxon is already 5 months old and Reese is almost 2 1/2. I am so blessed to have the family I have been given, and to be able to stay home with them. Having two kids so close in age has its challenges but I love the fact that they are close in age so they will grow up being best friends and be able to play with each other.

Reese is turning into more a little girl everyday. She isn't the shy little girl she used to be. She loves to sing songs, especially Jesus Loves Me. She has started to ask "why" to everything. I always try to give her a reason instead of just saying "because I said so".
She has turned into a huge daddy's girl. Which I knew would happen when Jaxon was born. Before Jaxon she was pretty even with us but after Jaxon was born its all about daddy. Everyday she asks "daddy home yet?" Jaxon is a huge mommy's boy. I love the fact that he is but it makes it hard sometimes. It's getting to where I don't wanna ask anyone to watch him because if mommas not around he's not happy and I feel bad because no one wants to watch a crying baby. Hopefully it will get better.

He does not like tylenol.

I love this picture....they love each other so much

I had to put a pillow in his bed to keep him from rolling over

Their hands are in the exact same position

She is a good helper

I love those baby blues

"Honey"

Reese has really come out of her shell in the past two weeks. Especially at church. She has been so outgoing. She ran up to  an elderly man at church and just started climbing on him. I'm pretty sure he loved that. Her vocabulary as sky rocketed. She can now say up to 4 word sentences. One of my favorite things she does now is call me or daddy honey. When I give her something, she says "thank you honey" or she will say "I love you honey" or "hey honey". It's so cute. If she knows she's not supposed to do something she will say "daddy no no" or "mommy no no" which means daddy says no no and vice versa.

She is a big daddy's girl now. Every time you ask her who's girl she is, it's always "daddy girl". If I tell her mommy's girl, she says "NO! Daddy girl!" But she is now mommy's honey.

The other night we were fixing to eat supper, and Reese was sitting at the table waiting for mommy and daddy, and we heard her say "Jesus amen". She was ready to eat so she blessed our food. It was precious.
