My wonderful friend Christina took pictures of Reese. She has recently started taking pictures as a hobby and I think she does a wonderful job. I wasnt quite sure how it was going to go because Reese is go go go, so we let her do her own thing and Christina followed her around. I think she got some pretty awesome shots......
I absolutley love this one..
These two are my favorite!!

Fun in the water
I have been looking forward since it started warming up to getting Reese a kiddie pool, and yesterday I bought one. I have taken her to the pool that a family we go to church with has and she's not quite sure what to think of it. She really doesn't like to get in but she loves staying by the steps and going up and down those. I wasn't sure if she was going to like this pool but she loved it and the water was FREEZING but she didn't seem to mind much.
She has started this thing where she doesn't want to sit in her high chair to eat. She throws a huge fit and doesn't eat then as soon as you take her out she wants to eat. So the past couple days have been letting her scream for 30 minutes her her chair and not letting her eat unless she sits in her chair. This requires lots of patience but we have made it. She did well last night and very well this morning. Hopefully this has passed.
Rachael had watched Reese for me a couple hours the other day and when I got there she learned a new trick. Rachael and Reese were walking in the room Hadely was sleeping in and Rachael told Reese to shhh and put her finger of her mouth and Reese started doing it, its very cute.
She is starting to try and repeat what we say. One of the words she can say now is Pippo!!! I think she misses her, every time we go see Pippo and Pappy she is Pippo's girl and wants nothing to do with Garrett or myself.

Sleepovers
Garrett left for Texas Wednesday evening to help Mary Beth and Alex move, so it was just Reese and I for a few days. I HATE staying the night by myself. Especially living out in the country. My mind starts playing tricks on me and then I start thinking of all these different scenarios of stuff that could happen. (I know silly) needless to say I didn't sleep very well Wednesday night so Reese and I stayed with the Lee family. We had a lot of fun. I just love those 3 sweet children, so does Reese. Then on Thursday night we stayed with my mom.
Maybe I'm just being bias but I am so proud of Reese for knowing where all her body parts are. I'm not sure the typical age for kids to know all these things but for being 14 months old and knowing where everything is, makes me so proud. She is also very well with commands. If I ask her to go get her shoes, she walks right back to her room and to her closet where her basket of shoes is. When I ask her to go find her blanket, she goes and finds it and brings it to me, same with her sippy. When I ask her if she wants milk she goes straight to the refrigerator. When I ask her if she's ready to go night night she goes straight back to her crib. A lot of times Garrett and I don't even need to make her go to bed. She will start saying night night to us so we put her down and she goes right to sleep. One night she was saying night night 30 minutes before her bedtime so Garrett put her down and didn't hear a peep. When we stayed at my moms she was laying on the couch about to fall asleep I asked her if she was ready for bed and she got off the couch and went straight to the room where her pack n play was and looked back at me like "I'm ready". It just blows my mind that she knows all this at her age. I'm just one proud momma :)
She would do this for hours if I let her
